Jack Gray

Director

Jack has over 15 years’ experience in the building industry. This experience has been acquired through insurance repairs, commercial projects, renovations and extensions, construction management and new homes.

In 2018, Jack became the General Manager (Central West & Northern NSW Regions) for Johns Lyng Regional Builders. In this role Jack grew a substantial team of employees throughout multiple offices in Central and Northern NSW and was key in the achievement of rapid growth throughout these areas for the Publicly listed Building Company.

Jack then decided he wanted to focus himself on New Home Construction, in which time Mitch and Jack decided to grow the Dubbo based company into a regional business which led to establishing Bower Homes Regional. Utilising a similar model to that of the Dubbo based company, Bower Homes Regional specialise in custom home builds of various size and complexity.

It is evident through client feedback, and the general way in which Jack operates, that he has passion for building custom homes, and a drive for over-achieving and delivering above client expectations. The success of expanding builds throughout regional NSW has been achieved through Jack’s effective management skills and his passion for the industry to deliver constant quality results.
