Mitch has over 15 years’ experience in the building industry. This experience stems across various projects including insurance repairs, renovations and extensions, duplexes, and smaller new homes through to larger luxurious custom homes.

Prior to the expansion of the company and rebranding as Bower Homes, Mitch was the owner of Mitch Bower Constructions which was first established in 2012. Mitch and his team have consistently delivered high quality builds over the years to the Dubbo area whether it be renovations, extensions, or new homes. By delivering quality outcomes and striving to exceed customer expectations, Mitch Bower Constructions quickly gained momentum and became a highly respectable building company throughout the community.

Over the years, Mitch Bower Constructions completed over 100 homes. During this time, Mitch realised how much he enjoyed working with people to create new custom-built homes. This is when Mitch made the decision to work together with Jack to expand the business by building custom homes throughout Regional NSW in addition to Dubbo. As such, the rebranding of Bower Homes occurred, and both Mitch and Jack are continuing to deliver quality homes within the Dubbo and Regional areas.

In 2022 Bower Homes attended the Master Builders Association of NSW Awards. Mitch was presented the ‘Young Builder of the Year’ Award. This is a respected award which was attained by Mitch establishing a credible, and professional reputation within the construction industry.
